Free shipping & returns
If you order a bikeboxer from us, it will be delivered to your home free of charge within 1 to 2 business days . If you order a single bikeboxer, it will be shipped as a letterbox package within the Netherlands. If you order multiple bik boxer at once or from abroad, you will receive a CO2-neutral postal package.
Since bikeboxer cycling underwear is a hygienic product, we ask that you try the bikeboxer on over your regular underwear first . If the size isn't right or the bikeboxer doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge.
Please note: We only accept returns that are undamaged, haven't been actively worn, haven't been washed, and have no signs of wear or tear. The bikeboxer must be returned in their original packaging. Trying them on is fine, but if you've actively worn them, you can't return them.
1) If a bikeboxer doesn't meet your expectations or the size is wrong, please send an email to info@sportsbasics.nl within 14 days of receiving the bikeboxer, indicating that you want to exchange or return it.
2) We will then email you a return label after which you can drop off the bikeboxer at a drop-off point near you.
3) Once we have received the return in good condition, we will send you a new size (in case of exchange) or refund the purchase price.
Collaboration between the top athletes of the Noordbaan and bikeboxer!
We at bikeboxer are incredibly proud to have partnered with Noordbaan. Noordbaan in Leiden is a Gemiva activity center for clients with intellectual disabilities. They perform industrial tasks for various clients, such as sorting, packing, and labeling.
Starting in July 2023, every bikeboxer will be carefully and lovingly packed by a team of clients. Frank and Peter, the team leaders, will ensure everything is perfectly arranged.
Frank and Peter: the work for bikeboxer involves a variety of tasks. This makes it enjoyable and varied for our clients. A great addition to the workload!
